a. DMCA Notice Requirements

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our copyright agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content
- Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement
5. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We will maintain a record of infringement notices and may use this information to identify repeat infringers.

FreeToolway provides tools that allow users to access content from YouTube and other platforms. We do not host, store, or reproduce any copyrighted content on our servers. Our tools merely provide a way to access publicly available content.
We are not responsible for the content that users access through our tools. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of content complies with all applicable laws and YouTube's Terms of Service.
7. Fair Use
Some uses of copyrighted material may be considered "fair use" under copyright law. Factors considered in determining fair use include:
